Measure from the bridge of the nose to the bottom of the chin. Select the LARGEST size that your measurement falls into.

Youth - 2 1/2" - 3 1/4"

SM/MD - 3 1/4" - 4 3/4"

MD/LG - 4 1/2" - 5 1/2"
